Bands and artists have always had album cover art for as long as the music industry was around. It used to just be pictures of the artist in a beautiful scenery or object, but over time that concept has changed into that of drawings, collages, or mashing both real photos with drawings The artist draws the art of a specific reason and always has an idea of how he/she wants the listen to interpret that art even though they never actually say how it is supposed to be interpreted. I created a project of artist album cover A-Z that explains my thoughts and opinions on some of my favorite album cover while also talking about the significnance of the album art design.
